What we collect and what we do with it.
Short version: we collect what you send us on a form, plus ordinary website analytics, and we identify some business visitors at the company level. We don't sell any of it.
When you fill out a form
We get your name, email, company, and whatever you typed into the message field. We use it to send you the thing you asked for and to follow up about it. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing info@memomarketinggroup.com and we'll do it.
When you visit the site
We use standard analytics to see which pages get read, where visitors came from, and how long they stayed. We also use technology that identifies the company behind some business visits, along with publicly available business contact information associated with it. This is business information rather than personal browsing history, and it's the same category of data used across B2B marketing.
If you'd rather not be identified this way, email us and we'll suppress your company.
If we email you, we can see whether the message was opened and whether a link was clicked. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you for good rather than pausing you for ninety days.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information to anybody
- We don't share client data between clients
- We don't run ads on this site or let anybody pay to appear here
