We help B2B companies connect the buyer journey.
Buyers have to find you, find a website worth landing on, and build enough trust to eventually talk to sales. MEMO builds the systems that connect those parts.
Most companies have been sold marketing one tactic at a time.
SEO. Ads. Content. Email. Websites. Lead generation. None of those are bad. The problem is treating any one of them like it can carry the whole buyer journey.
For more than twenty years, we have looked at the problem from the buyer's side instead: How did they find you? What did they need when they arrived? What kept the relationship going until they were ready?
Buyers experience one journey, not your collection of marketing tactics.
One journey. Three systems.
DirectAI, DirectPage, and DirectReach were built around those three questions.
DirectPage™
Give them a website that helps them understand the problem and their options.
Website worth landing onDirectReach™
Use highly targeted advertising and useful content to keep the relationship alive until the timing is right.
Build the relationshipTwenty years watching what buyers do before they raise their hand.
In 2003, a conversation about the buyer's journey changed how Matt Maudlin thought about marketing. Instead of organizing everything around what the company wanted a prospect to do next, he started asking what the buyer needed to understand next.
Matt founded MEMO Marketing Group in 2008 and spent the next two decades applying that idea with B2B companies. That work eventually became the Four Rooms, the systems on this site, and The Buyer's Journey Gap.
Small by design. Built for B2B.
MEMO works with companies where buyers need time to understand the problem, evaluate options, build internal agreement, and justify a meaningful investment.
