Matt is a serial entrepreneur and leader of MEMO Marketing Group. He has a strong vision and passion for helping companies understand, create, and implement strong marketing strategies and programs. He has created MEMO Marketing Group to provide companies without marketing focus or strategy to help them become strong, dynamic players in their respective industries.
Matt’s background in logistics, engineering, and supply chain management provide him with integral business skills to understand most companies’ needs, and deliver industry-appropriate marketing programs that catapult their respective successes.
Prior to MEMO, Matt led global marketing organizations in the corporate world, including ModusLink and The Schneider Corporation, where he drove 60% revenue growth, as well as created new lead generation initiatives and process development programs. He has owned and led two marketing companies in which he oversaw marketing strategy and programs in which his clients saw from 8-100% growth over the course of a three year time period. Matt has a BS in Landscape Architecture from Ball State University.
Matt is a basketball fanatic, avid coffee drinker, and zucchini bread connoisseur. When not thinking up new marketing tactics or cool video blogs, Matt is actively involved in his church and his kids’ multiple extracurricular activities. He loves spending time with his wife, Kristie, and his three children, Emma, Ethan, and Evelyn.
Focused on MEMO Marketing Group’s daily operations, Jeff oversees MEMO Marketing Group’s Operations Team, including Project Management, Resource Management, Strategic Planning, and Operational Strategy. Jeff’s business acumen and focus on revenue growth, along with his ability to build and manage effective teams has helped MEMO propel forward with strong operational tactics that serve our team and clients well.
Jeff has over 15 years’ experience within the Marketing, Advertising, and Logistics industries, including his progressive leadership at ModusLink in Bloomington, IN. Jeff has a BS in Business Management from Indiana University.
Outside the office, Jeff is a die-hard IU, Pacers, Colts, and Cubs Fan, enjoys a good pizza, and is a workout fanatic. He loves spending time with his wife, Shyla, and two boys, Hayden and Kale.
Julie brings over 20 years’ successful client, global accounts, and business development strategy to her role at MEMO Marketing Group. She oversees the client strategy team, including includes marketing strategy and client program management. She has developed client documentation programs, client strategy, and oversees all social media, PR, email campaigns, and communication strategies for our clients. Julie has been instrumental in propelling MEMO Marketing Group’s growth through new client acquisition and ongoing business development strategies and facilitation.
Julie cut her teeth in client strategy, business development, and leadership through global organizations such as Monster.com, PepsiCo, and Hallmark Cards, as well as smaller software companies including WorkHere and Customer Velocity. She was instrumental in achieving revenue growth through new client acquisitions at a rate of 104-180%. Julie has also led sales and service organizations responsible for $5-20mm revenue generation. For 11 years, she owned a successful consulting company, which focused on marketing, sales, software and sales training, and recruiting strategies for clients. Julie has a BA in English Communications from Ball State University.
When Julie is not busy coming up with new client acquisition ideas or growing our team, she is actively involved in Bible study and womens’ ministry, makes a mean guacamole, loves drinking excessive amounts of coffee, and plays softball and volleyball. She enjoys hiking, camping, and biking with her husband, Steve, and hanging out with her sons, Benjamin and Michael.
